Wes is an experienced tax advisor providing tax planning and compliance to individuals, businesses, and trusts. His clients include entrepreneurs, businesses, investment partnerships, executives, and family offices. Wes utilizes his broad tax knowledge and diverse client experiences to provide clients with high quality efficient tax services.
Wes began his career in 1995 with Arthur Andersen where he managed tax engagements for large privately held companies and wealthy families. In 2003 he and two colleagues founded NDH Group, a respected Chicago tax and accounting firm. Beginning in 2016, Wes operates his tax practice as Naviaux Associates, LLC.
Wes is a CPA and licensed attorney. He has a BS in Accounting from Butler University, a JD from Indiana University, and an LLM in Tax from Northwestern University.
Wes is a hands-on tax advisor spending most of his time addressing specific client matters. Outside of the office Wes enjoys adventure travel and time with his sons Will and Tom.

Matt joined Naviaux Associates in 2016. He provides tax compliance and consulting services to individuals, private businesses, and family offices. Matt is a licensed CPA holding an MBA and BS in Accounting from Drake University. Prior to joining Naviaux Associates, Matt was a Senior Associate at Deloitte serving large privately held companies and high net worth families. Matt began his tax career at NDH Group where he worked closely with Wes for two years. Outside of the office Matt enjoys outdoor adventure time with his son Charlie and dog Winston.

Jeannette graduated from Denison University with a degree in Economics in 2017. She then spent a year working in the Trust department of a community bank before joining Naviaux Associates in 2018. Jeannette is a licensed Enrolled Agent. In her spare time, she enjoys cooking and reading.

Justin joined Naviaux Associates in 2020. He is a licensed attorney, earning a JD and tax certificate from Loyola University, and a BS in Business Administration from DePaul University. Justin also consults for a trust and estate planning law firm, helping clients protect and manage their wealth with careful tax planning. In his free time, Justin enjoys getting creative and working with his hands on large building projects.

Janis is an experienced tax professional and licensed CPA. She graduated from the University of Florida with BS in Accounting, MS in Accounting, and MBA. She spent 9 years working for PricewaterhouseCoopers, specializing in real estate, partnership, and individual clients. She then spent 7 years with Office Depot, as Director of Domestic Income Tax, and 15 years with CSX Corporation, as Director of Tax Compliance. She is also a member of the Board of Funeral, Cemetery and Consumer Services for the State of Florida. Janis recently retired from CSX to spend more time with her sons, Landon and Connor. Outside of the office she enjoys traveling, running, watching sports, and time at the beach.

Jacob joined Naviaux Associates in spring 2023 as a part-time associate while pursuing his law degree. In 2025 he became a full time associate. He is a licensed attorney, earning a JD and tax certificate from Loyola University, with a degree in Economics in 2021 from the University of Illinois. Outside of work he enjoys golf and long walks with his dog Murphy.

Tom joined Naviaux Associates in 2025. He graduated in 3 years from Butler University with a degree in accounting and currently attending DePaul University for a masters in taxation and analytics. Tom is currently pursuing his CPA. Outside of work Tom enjoys watching sports and spending time with his dog Wilson.
